Item Description
This truck is also by Hayashi (see #1460) but totally different. 1960s. Tin litho truck is 3x9x3.75" tall and comes in box w/nicely illustrated lid. Includes illustration on two side panels of boy placing a coin in the truck. Box has moderate wear w/2" split at bottom right corner, top center of lid has 1" puncture mark. VG. This truck is marked "Armored Car Savings Bank" twice on the roof as well as on each side. Windows have images of drivers as well as pair of additional guards in back behind barred windows. Bottom center side of truck also has a pair of tool boxes. Coin slot is on top, back door opens and complete w/key. Very minor scattered paint marks. Glossy and Exc.
