Item Description
7x9x12" tall cardboard countertop display box contains complete amount of six two-piece tin litho trucks, each 2x9x2.5" tall. 1950s. The display box is nicely illustrated and has diecut lid. Features images of trucks, houses and billboards reading "Mighty Trailers With Friction Motor." Box has moderate scattered aging but Fine. Contains two each of three different designs, all trucks feature the same cab that has images of two men at windows. Two trailers feature advertising, one is "Lupor Citrus Fruit" while the other is "Seafood Transport." Third is a side dump trailer. The two ad trailers are illustrated, "Fruit" trailer featuers fruit and glass of juice while "Seafood" features a marlin. Display comes w/three identical 1.75x3.25" cardboard junior licenses. The trucks have some lt. aging, scattered tiny paint nicks but all as originally packaged/produced. All remain Exc. as issued w/working friction mechanism.
