First cover variation shows “Streets Of Paris” starring Abbott & Costello along with Gypsy Rose Lee. Second cover variation has no mention of Abbott & Costello. Programs are filled with numerous suggestive photos of various performers in the “Gay New Orleans” production. First program included a performance called “Who Can Deny” and starred characters named “Scarlet O’Hara, Rhett Butler and Belle Watling.” These are character names from the 1939 movie release “Gone With The Wind.” In second program, a black crayon has marked out those 3 names. Possibly a protest from the movie industry for using those character names without authorization. Otherwise, both programs are identical. Lt. handling wear and surface dust to first cover, Fine.
