9.75x16” Whitman book #967. Stiff cardboard cover and 4 single-sided pages, all with beautiful color punch-outs of Errol Flynn’s character Geoffrey Thorpe, Dona Maria, Capt. Lopez and other pirates. Two interior pages are made of near full page punch-outs of pirate ships “Galleass” (Don Alvarez’s) and “Albatross” (Sea Hawk’s). Back cover has “Geoffrey Thorpe Is Knighted” showing Flynn kneeling before Queen Elizabeth. Based on Michael Curtize’s 1940 film starring Flynn, Brenda Marshall and Claude Rains.
