Item Description
Pair of 22.5” long felt pennants on attached 30” long wooden dowels for original 1965-1967 run of ABC-TV game show which combined team quiz show tactics with racing through a supermarket. Both pennants feature same design with “Supermarket Sweep” text as well as “ABC” logo and image of man rushing behind overflowing shopping cart. Included here are green with white silkscreened design and white with blue design. These pennants were made in a variety of different 2-color combinations. Green pennant’s dowel is bowed with age but pennant remains Exc. White pennant shows moderate aging and dust soiling. Fine overall.
