Auction #183 - Part II
Item numbers 1292-2528 in auction 183
Item Description
Tin litho/painted tin toy #685 from 1912 consists of 8.5" tall Black man figure and 3.25x4.75x2" tall base w/built-in key. Base text includes "Oh My/Alabama Coon Jigger." Toy works and the wire rod that connects the figure to the base moves up and down in turn causing the figure to move about as if dancing. Figure is missing a generic wire cane which could be easily replaced. Toy has scattered small paint nicks but nothing serious. Toy remains bright and clean. VF.
