1.5x2.5x5" tall tin litho toy w/built-in key comes w/3.5x7.5" display card. 1950s by J. Chein & Co. Display card has lt. dust soiling, a few lt. crease lines but Fine. Toy depicts sergeant holding a cigarette. Works and rocks back and forth as it moves about. Scattered minute paint nicks. Glossy and VF.
