Item Description
Two hardcovers, contain a total of 10 pulps published by Standard. First hardcover contains Vol. 48, No. 3; Vol. 49, Nos. 1-3; Vol. 50, Nos. 1-2. Published Jan.-Nov., 1947. Nov. issue features larger format and as such, bottom of issue sticks out a bit but not past hardcover. The second hardcover contains Vol. 57, Nos. 1-3 and Vol. 58, No. 1. Published Winter-Fall, 1952. Among issues is last issue, Vol. 50, No. 1 from Summer, 1953. Each pulp deals with aspects of detective and adventure hero featuring masks “Phantom Detective” on many covers. Usual cover overlap has been trimmed as these pulps are bound in hardcover volumes. Some lt. traces of wear to margins, overall Fine.
