Reference made here is to an American Nazi organization established in the 1930s whose main goal was to promote a favorable view of Nazi Germany. Goebbels(Joseph) stands on tiptoes and speaks softly to "Herman (Goring), You Tell Him It Iss Bonds-Not Bunds!" Bottom text "For Victory...Put At Least 10% Of Every Pay Into War Bonds!" No attribution as to artist or printer. Color remains bright. Folded as issued. Lt. wear. VF.
