26” long. Held July 1-4, 1938. Was an extremely large gathering at this event which would be the last for many of the elderly Civil War veterans. Official government film documented the event. President Roosevelt attended. Felt pennant with white silk-screened text and images of 2 war veterans, one wearing blue and the other gray. Original streamers on left. Lt. surface dust. Lt. edge wear. Still Fine.
