Back cover has very minor moisture staining at lower spine which affects and last few pages. Front cover has trace of aging at margins and corner tip wear. Fine overall with very clean and VF/N. Mint pages. Listed in Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide at $400 in Fine condition, $800 in VF.
