Item Description
8.5x11x2.5” deep box. ©1965 Screen Gems Inc. Box has lt. wear. Unbroken original cellophane window still intact. One 1.5” tear on one corner. Area around window has jack-o-lantern graphics. All sides/top read “Ben Cooper/Flame Retardant/With Ventilated Mask.” General lt. wear to box. Color remains bright. Box Fine. Molded thin plastic mask depicts Samantha in witch’s hat accented by moon and stars. Missing original elastic strap/replaced with long rubberband. Dent on hat tip. Two .25” long cracks at hat brim. Mask displays Fine. Two-piece outfit with 3 Samantha winking images. Top has purple/green glitter accents with “Copyright 1965 Screen Gems Inc.” text appearing next to flying Samantha image. Exc. Skirt has silk-screened image with many star accents (lt. wear to image).VF. Nicer condition than most costumes are found in.
