c. mid to late 1950s. First is 12” long leather holster with silk-screened image of Rin Tin Tin with text below “Fighting Blue Devils” on snap-top holster cover. Noticeable wear but remains sturdy. Holster Fine. 8” cast metal gun with lt. wear to copper finish. Uses roll caps. “Rin Tin Tin” appears on both sides. Crack in plastic handle. Wear to grips. VG/Fine. Next is 34” long leather belt with felt interior/metal bullet clip with 3 red painted wood bullets. 2.75” long buckle has applied foil embossed image/text “Rin-Tin-Tin/And Rusty” with light wear to letters. Belt Fine. Next is 8x11” felt flag with repeat silk-screened crossed swords/text reading “Fighting Blue Devils 101st Cavalry/B Company.” One side has noticeable lettering/silk-screen wear. VG. Other side remains bright. Displays VF. Next is 1.75x1.5” tall cast metal badge with horse and rider. Rider holds rifle above his head. Embossed text on badge reds “Fighting Blue Devils/101st Cavalry.” About 50% of original silver luster remains. Pin on back intact. Fine. Last is 1-3/8” litho button. Edge reads “’56 Copyright Screen Gems, Inc.” Button was sent to participants of Nabisco’s “Name The Puppy Contest.” Moderate age scuffs. Button VG./Fine. An interesting and extensive lot.
