2” with center text designating “Attendant.” Additional text reads “Gordon Bennett 1930 International Balloon Race And Aerial Carnival/Cleveland.” Reverse is covered tin with bar pin. Tiny stain dot on extreme right edge. Lt. wear in reflected light but button still displays extremely fine. Exceedingly rare limited issue.
