Each is 1.75”, one without a backpaper and the other with a backpaper by St. Louis Button Co. that was used only 1912-1929. These badges would date closer to the 1929 date. Each has the same “Rotary International” symbol followed by a plus sign, followed by the Boy Scout emblem. One badge reads “Ask? Me/Merit Badge/Exhibit.” Second reads “Merit Badge/Participant/Exhibit.” Trivial 1/16” dent on one collet but o/w both are essentially Mint.
