Item Description
Each button is 2-1/8” and the one from San Francisco has additional 2.25” fabric ribbon. First is apparent newsboy’s promotional button with text “100 Free Trips/World’s Fair/New York Or San Francisco/Ask Me.” This has cardboard reverse with bar pin. Second shows logo with text at center “San Francisco World’s Fair 1939.” Additional text reads “Hi-Neighbor/I’m From/New York.” Reverse has union bug backpaper specifying Philadelphia and curl has NYC address and patent notification by company “Hi-Novelty Co.” Both are Exc. and display Mint.
