Item Description
Lot of 3 original mailing envelopes typically 6x8” each containing original contents as issued. Earliest is 1937-1938 for the Frances Langford Fan Club. Envelope worn and incomplete, Good. Includes two publications, first issue of club paper as well as anniversary issue along with membership roster list and an “Informal Snap” original photograph attached to presentation card for honorary president of the club. Scattered wear, items Fine to Exc. Next is 1936 “Cantor’s Comics” booklet issued by Pebeco Toothpaste. Illustrated envelope has obvious aging but no splits. Fine. Booklet features Cantor’s “Best Jokes” selected from his Pebeco broadcasts. Moderate pinch creases along spine. Fine. Final item is “They Got Me Covered” Bob Hope book from 1941. First edition. 96 pages filled with photos and illustrations. Issued by Pepsodent. Moderate wear/aging to envelope. VG. Book has moderate cover aging with some small stains but contents remain clean. Fine.
