Item Description
Lot of 11 items, all 1930s. Eight items are paper, all issued by and with imprint of “Richfield Hi-Octane.” Mailing envelope is 9x12”. Moderate scattered wear with margin tears that have tape repairs. VG. Club letter notes membership card and wings (not included) and flight chart as well as weekly flight lessons. Edge wear with a few small tears. Fine. Blue/white flight chart is 11x16” detailing flight instruments, airplane controls, flight maneuvers, etc. Lt. wear. VF. Set of 5 numbered lessons are on glossy paper. Four pages including photos and detailed text. A number of different type/styles of lessons were issued but this is a matching Richfield set. Moderate scattered aging and edge wear, Fine to VF. Also included in this lot are 3 different badges 1.25” to 1-7/8” long. Each has same basic wings design but each is a different issuer, these are “Cleo Cola, Colonial, Skelly.” Metal with bar pin on reverse. Some luster wear but VF to Exc. Nice lot.
