Item Description
Lot of 4 items from the 1950s. Magazine is Vol. 1, No. 1, 1956 issue of “Ogle.” Three-page article on Mansfield plus cover all featuring unusual double images of her. Other great content includes Jane Russell, Bettie Page, Marilyn Monroe, Diane Webber, Anita Ekberg. Center features “The Fatty Girl” calendar which remains complete and intact. Contents lightly aged. Cover has scattered handling wear/aging. Fine. First record is 33-1/3 album “String Along With Me/Stradivari Strings” on the Spin-O-Rama label. 12.25x12.25” album cover features photo of Mansfield on the front. Stereo M 90. Cove has edge wear with 2” split at bottom. Fine. Record is Exc. Other two records are 45-rpm singles both on the Bell label and each in 7x7.5”, two-sided picture sleeve, different pictures on all sides so you get 4 different images of Mansfield. One features songs “Stranded In The Jungle/I Almost Lost My Mind” while the other is “Cry Me A River/It’s Almost Tomorrow.” Each notes “Specially Posed By Mansfield” and each incorporates photos along with artwork relating to the songs. Moderate scattered wear/aging to sleeves which are VG/Fine while records are N. Mint.
