Item Description
Gorgeous 1.75” button with W&H backpaper plus their large label on the back of the suspended 5.5” ribbon. Button shows American flag on pole with sentry in foreground while surrounding scenes include officers on horseback, enlisted men around campfire with cooking pot. Upper scenes show soldiers with cannons. Gold text on ribbon reads “31st Annual Reunion Of The Saratoga County Veterans Ass’n Held At Ballston Spa./September, 1911/Geo. A. Gardiner, Pres’t.” Single tiny 1/16” hole in fabric at bottom right but o/w both ribbon and button are essentially Mint.
