Item Description
3x4.5x5.5" tall. Unmarked but obvious Happy Hooligan likeness. All wood w/metal axles. Character body and face has high gloss paint w/detail to eyes, jacket, arms. Sits on unfinished wooden board w/hole in front for string attachment. Unfinished wooden legs and shoes alternately raise and lower when toy moves forward due to string attachment to rear axle. Bottom is marked "Germany." c. 1920s. Bright, clean, working. Exc.
