Item Description
2.25” tall die-cut white metal pin with enamel paint front depicting sailor waving a pair of signal flags. Rather than facial details, this is a recessed area with inset simulated pearl recalling the attack that brought America into the war. A few trivial dots of wear. N. Mint. Only example we’ve seen.
