Item Description
5.5x6” tin litho device comes with illustrated cardboard envelope and insert card. Has patent dates of 1916/1918 and made by Tep Manufacturing Co. Inc. Dayton, Ohio. Device features a movable die-cut monkey figure whose feet are moved to point at 2 numbers and the monkey’s hands point at the product. Great design, this device was the perfect way to get children to learn math in a fun and easy way. Front of envelope has moderate aging, reverse remains clean and features directions. Fine. Insert card also has directions on one side and addition table on the other. Aging with trace of moisture stain along one edge. Fine. Device remains extremely bright and glossy and has an essentially unused appearance. N. Mint.
