Large well-designed and detailed hard plastic toy is 27” in length and comes with original box. Toy was offered in 1961 for $3.98 with the purchase of 8 gallons of gasoline. Box text reads “Here Is Your Texaco Toy Tanker It’s Motorized! Batteries Included!” Made by AMF Wen-Mac. Box has obvious wear and aging including long creases. Still remains tight for display, VG. Toy is marked “Texaco North Dakota.” Complete with all small plastic pieces including mast and deck accessories. Also includes accent stickers. Works. Text on underside includes information on the actual tanker this is modeled after. Toy is Exc. and difficult to obtain in this complete and high grade condition.
