Item Description
2.5x6.5x4.25” tall with celluloid figures attached to painted tin wheeled platform base with built-in key. Japan, 1930s. Depicts 2 different colored horses ridden by jockeys in different colored outfits, each holds string reins and whip. Works and travels in a circle as the horses move up and down as if racing. Trace of aging, some pinpoint paint nicks to tin base. VF. Neat action.
