1-1/8” litho with center text “31 Comics In Color Sunday Detroit Times.” Peeking from around the edges of the center sign are Jiggs, Barney Google, Felix the Cat, Toonerville Trolley Skipper, Skippy, Papa Katzenjammer and 2 young lady characters we can’t precisely identify. Couple of exceedingly tiny traces of paint wear but very minor. Exc. and displays N. Mint. Comes with Hake’s COA.
