First is plastic with expandable bands. Company name on the bands and top has very high relief portrait of Howdy smiling. Exc. with only tiniest paint wear traces. Second is 1950s and followed the first by a few years. This has red plastic base with “Poll-Parrot” image and name on the top of the yellow hinged lid. Lid lifts up and reveals yellow three dimensional head of Howdy on the underside. Interior of ring is complete with the foam insert within the top compartment. There is a version with the colors alternating as red top and yellow base. We’ve seen about 5 in each color variation during the past 44 years. This ring is essentially Mint.
