Item Description
4x8x2” deep empty box originally contained 24 gum card packs. Issued in 1956 under the company’s Bubbles, Inc. imprint. Lid features great photo of Elvis with guitar, 3 side panels feature portrait image of him. Box has all-over moderate wear and aging. Die-cut lid design has three .5” tears with clear tape repairs to inside plus one tape repair at left center. Corners remain tight but back left corner does have a clear tape reinforcement to the outside of the box. Scattered trace of edge wear with some surface paper rubs along front edge of lid. Appearance still remains bright and glossy. VG. Comes with custom acrylic display case. A rare display box, first we’ve offered in our 44 years.
