9x12” English publication by same publisher of the Mickey Mouse Weekly (see previous item #2018) Odhams Press Ltd. Dated 1938-1939. 64 pages. Choice full color cover art, contents mostly bw although with some full color and some partial color. Nice Christmas themed cover of Mickey dressed as Santa asleep in a chair as his nephews rummage through his sack of toys. Great content includes much art including a number of great full page illustrations, comic strip reprints, “Mother Goose In Hollywood” feature, “What’s New With Disney” article, Snow White game, etc. along with some non-Disney content. Backcover ad for “Shuffled Symphonies” Disney card game. Few puzzle pages done in pencil. Center 4 pages loose from staple. Moderate cover wear and aging especially along spine which has pinch creases and small breaks. Cover VG while contents Fine/VF. Superb issue.
