Lot of 10. First is “Redbook” from Aug. of 1934. One page feature with 3 bw photos referring to the Silly Symphony short “Peculiar Penguins” plus reference of Charlie Chaplin. Shows Walt, Mickey Mouse and Big Bad Wolf dolls along with actual penguins. Moderate cover wear and aging. VG. Second is “Electric Trains” Vol. 1, No. 3 from Dec., 1951. 8x11”. Railroading hobby magazine features 6-page article titled “Railroading With Walt Disney” dealing with his interest in the hobby plus bw photos of Walt and his trains, specialty art of Disney characters. Cover photo of Walt riding “Lilly Bell On The Lot At The Disney Studios.” Contents aged but clean. VF. Final 8 issues are The Saturday Evening Post. Consecutive issues from Nov. 17, 1956 to Jan. 5, 1957 featuring complete 8-part article titled “My Dad, Walt Disney By Diane Disney Miller.” First issue of this run features great cover by Gustaf Tenggren of Walt as train engineer, train shown transporting a plethora of Disney characters. Each issue features great bw photos of Walt throughout his life and career. All issues have typical moderate scattered cover wear and aging. Issues overall Fine.
