Item Description
Among the scarcest and best quality metal rings for this character from the mid-1950s. Box is 1-3/8” square by almost 1” deep. One side corner has a little of the brown woodgrain pattern with a gray stain but about 85% of the box remains totally clean. Underside has small ink-stamped price of 29¢. Text appears on the box insert which holds all brass adjustable ring with the name “Davy Crockett” on the side bands. Top has nice high relief portrait again in brass luster but against Mint yellow paint bkg. The ring is Mint. Rare, especially with original box.
