This is from a baking company sponsored club with rim text reading “Buchan’s Lone Ranger Community Safety Club/’The Curb Is The Limit’.” There are 3 other ranks in the series. “Captain” follows as item #1143 and there are also buttons reading “Member” and “Lieutenant.” Comes with Hake’s COA. Essentially Mint.
