Item Description
13.5” inflatable bat by Alvimar ©Harvey Famous Cartoons (HFC). c. 1960s. Bat has illustration on one side showing 2 images of Casper with word balloon reading “If You Want To Have Friends — Be One.” Other side has image of Casper flying from haunted house. Permanently inflated as made and still holds air. Scattered aging and dust soiling. Fine/VF. Scarce. 8.25x11.75” bagged card contains 10” long shaped white balloon with black Casper details, “Casper The Friendly Ghost” name and Harvey Famous Cartoons copyright. The Pioneer Rubber Co. c. 1960s. “A Qualetex Toss-Up Balloon - 3 Feet High When Inflated.” Balloon has similar shape to Casper when inflated and is designed to “Float Him In The Air…He Lands On His Feet.” Card has cut-out “feet” on reverse to be used with balloon. Bag shows wear but card is Exc. with N. Mint, pliable balloon.
