All other interior and exterior is Exc. and complete with two brass mats and glass. Velvet liner has raised text “Brady’s Gallery/359/Broadway, New York.” Brady opened this location as a Daguerrean Gallery (over Thompson’s Saloon) on March 10, 1853 and worked there until opening his National Portrait Gallery in January, 1860 at Broadway and 10th St.
