Crumb and Victor Moscoso depicting an unflattering caricature of San Francisco’s former mayor Dianne Feinstein as “Bo Peep” with her dress forming a capitol dome with police and criminals fighting underneath, including one choking nude woman. Art is entitled “Behind The Scenes” and was created in 1985.
