Item Description
11.25x16” with 66 pages in color. Published by Frederick A. Stokes Co. in 1908, reprinting pages from the American Journal-Examiner newspaper from 1906-1907. Pages feature R.F. Outcault characters Buster Brown, Tige, Mary-Jane as well as The Yellow Kid on 2 pages. Issue shows moderate wear at cloth spine binding and has noticeable moisture staining at top half of book throughout entirety of issue. O/w without typical cover creases and issue retains bold, strong color. VG. Scarce.
