10.25x17” gold painted embossed tin. 14.25x20.75” original oak frame. Large oval high relief bust of McKinley with name below. Spread eagle holds ribbon with dates “1843/1901.” Ribbon below eagle reads “Gods Will Not Ours Be Done.” Tiny rub on eyebrow. Displays N. Mint. Only example we’ve seen.
