Item Description
3.5x5-3/8”. Two center panels feature images of “Admiral C.S. Sperry/President Roosevelt.” Names appear below images. Each fold-out panel is holed as made. Tiny ribbon that held the two sides together is missing. When sides are open, a 22” long folded insert appears with the names of various US warships, their images and commanders. Unused postally. Very trivial dust traces, mostly on reverse. Rare. First we’ve seen.
