4.5x7.25” with lt. tanning both sides and small wear to corners. Card is titled with name used by “The Progressive Party In Pennsylvania.” Has anti-Taft and Wilson text plus instructions on how to mark ballot to vote for TR. Card back lists Roosevelt and Johnson legislation “Pledges.” Facsimile message and signature from Roosevelt appears near bottom. Instructions below read “Take This Souvenir Card With You To The Polls November 5th And Use As A Guide In Voting.” Address area has a few bible verse notations in pencil. VG and Rare.
