4.5x11.5” with 3/16” circular recesses over the letters to increase reflectivity at night. Bottom edge reads “Design copyrighted 1932/M.G.B. Novelty Co., N.Y.” Small paint rub on left bkg. and small scuffs on two corners. Still glossy and no rust. Near VF.
