6” dia. base and shade. 7” tall glass chimney. 9.5” tall overall. Chimney has 4 acid etched areas. First 2 are on opposing sides. Graphic of Liberty Bell with “WONPR” on yolk with “Repeal/18th/Amendment” text on Liberty Bell. Issued by Women's Organization for National Prohibition Reform. Same design is seen on license plate #79. Other panels read “Liberty And Temperance/Repeal 18th Amendment.” Cord/socket appear original. Works. Well made. N. Mint. First we’ve seen.
