Item Description
First is 12” dia. by 3” tall cardboard hat made by “Capitol Sales Co./Springfield, Ill.” Border has repeat images of donkeys. Original string remains attached to lightly oxidized staples. Minor aging/fading to border area. Displays VF. Second is 6x11.5” two-sided cloth hat. Both sides have image of Statue of Liberty. One side reads “Re-Elect Roosevelt” while the other reads “Gee! It’s Great To Be An American!/Democratic Candidate For President-1940/Sample No. 1230 Cap.” Trace of aging, but color remains bright and clean. VF
