Wonderful illustration shows immigrants looking at Statue of Liberty with gleaming gold city in bkg. with woman wearing scarf in foreground holding basket of food with man gesturing toward her. Text at bottom “You Came Here Seeking Freedom You Must Now Help To Preserve It Wheat Is Needed For The Allies Waste Nothing.” Issued by United States Food Administration. Rusling Wood Litho N.Y. Art is signed but signature is illegible to us. Light center and vertical folds likely as originally issued and a few shorter faint horizontal lines showing only in certain light conditions. Graphics are totally clean. One tiny tack hole per corner. Right margin has small chip out about .5” long but only .25” deep easily hidden if mounted. Beautiful, clean condition. Will display essentially Mint.
