Item Description
Both are beautifully painted and glazed ceramic w/high relief wrap-around designs and figural handles. Underside of each is marked "Wade Heath England." c. 1938. The larger and more elaborate pitcher is 9" tall w/top dia. of 5.5", base dia. of 4". Raised text around bottom edge reads "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs." Wrap-around design depicts them w/castle and cottage in the bkg., handle has three-dimensional squirrel on top and bluebirds at bottom. Has overall normal and typical crazing, mostly only visible when viewed closely. Top right rim edge has a 2" hairline running across tree top. Pitcher remains totally bright and glossy. VF. The second smaller pitcher is 3.75" tall designed as a tree w/raised image on front of Sneezy holding one hand to his ear and looking upward while on back is a raccoon. Overall recessed areas as if tree bark plus raised leaves. Exc.
