One has patent date of “Dec. 1, 08” and the other has patent date of “6/29, 09.” Unusual cast iron mechanism shoots caps via depressing top of handle. One has 2” split on wood cane portion, trace of lt. scattered wear but overall both are Fine. Comes with 2 vintage boxes of “National Repeating Cane And Pistol Ammunition” caps. Each is 1.75x2-7/8”. Nice designs. Boxes have trace of minor wear. VF. Interesting concept and design for firing caps.
