Item Description
Two items. 1950s. 10.5x12.5x1.5” deep box has nice full figure photo on lid of smiling Sally in cowgirl outfit against star bkg. Pla-Master Playsuits. Herman Iskin & Co. Telford, Pa. End panel stamped Size 12. Box lid is faded with dust soil and scattered lt. to moderate wear with 3 corner seam splits. Good. Contains high quality fabric 19.5” tall shirt and 19.75” tall skirt. Both have buckskin fringe accents and suede accent stars held in place with small metal rivets. Skirt has “Sally Starr” name in large text in suede. Outfit is unused, bright and N. Mint. Straw hat is 10.5” wide, 13.25” long with fabric star badge on front with nice photo of smiling Sally with her name at bottom. Brim has attached silver accent fabric cord to hold hat in place. Fabric star is a bit wrinkled, likely from underneath hat fabric. Exc. appearance. High quality Sally Starr items.
