1950s. Style #3 issued by A. Ponnock & Sons Phila., Pa. 9-7/8x11x1-3/8” deep cardboard box has nice lid graphics of smiling full figure Sally in western outfit with large star in bkg. and star accents around sides. Box lid has lt. surface dust soil with a few lt. moisture marks at right side, a few minor color rubs on top surface, Fine. Contains 2 holsters, each with 6.5” tall pockets with nice graphic of smiling Sally at top of each. Each holds 8.25” long white metal “Maverick Jr.” cap gun with bright, shiny finish. Gun belt has metal buckle with western theme accents in low relief. Belt itself has Sally Starr name along with vinyl strip holding 3 white plastic bullets in place. Guns never fired. Belt on holster has tiny bit of wear at first notch, o/w guns, holster and belt are N. Mint. Nicely designed.
