Item Description
11x15.5x1.5" deep box contains complete parts for game by "Spiele-Schmidt" © 1951. Box has nicely illustrated label on lid, right and left side panels have title labels reading "Cinderella." The top and bottom side panels have glue stain streak, apparently where two additional labels once were. Lid has scattered dust soiling, one corner split and some edge wear w/surface paper flakes but art remains bright and strong. Box is Fine. The board is 15x21" w/choice illustrations that tell the story of Cinderella. Other parts include six 1.25" tall hand-painted flat metal character playing pieces and cardboard play money coins. The figures are of Cinderella in her serving clothes, Lady Tremaine, The King, The Grand Duke, Prince Charming and The Fairy Godmother. Contents are Exc. Nicely designed and graphic game.
