Item Description
3.75x10.25x2.25" deep box contains 10" long nicely designed toy by Sutcliffe Pressings Ltd. c. 1954. Lid text includes "The Submarine From Walt Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea By Jules Verne." Lid features nice art depicting the Nautilus along w/deep sea divers, sunken ship and unusual sea creatures. Lt. box aging but tight and VF. The submarine has high gloss finish paint, complete w/four accent decals, one featuring name "Nautilus" and another w/company name. The top periscope lifts off for placement of key. Toy works and is designed to be used in water. Box notes "It Dives, It Surfaces." Mint.
