3.5x5x5.5” tall box ©1959 Walter Lantz Productions, Inc. Box lid has nice full figure image of Woody as carnival sideshow barker with large easel with clock name in bkg. Side panels feature art images of Oswald Rabbit, Charlie Chicken, Homer Pigeon and Woody with Andy Panda. Lt. wear to flap folds. Lt. surface dust but box remains tight. Fine. Clock has 4” dia. face with 1.25” die-cut tin litho figure of Woody as cook holding spatula and tree titled “Woody’s Café.” Figure is animated as clock ticks. Bottom of image area has text “Columbia Time Products, LaSalle, Illinois Made In USA.” Glow-in-the-dark numbers and hands. Thin line of paint loss from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock on case side where bezel is attached. Not noticeable from front. Working and VF. Nice graphics. Box is complete with insert.
